Colin Goldrick

Colin was admitted in 1996 after a broad-ranging career in IT and Management Consulting. Building on this background Colin has a strong focus on IT and emerging technology companies, working with many from start-up through to maturity.

His work covers a wide range of areas, from advising on structuring and asset protection, to fundraising, transactional documentation, licensing and distribution, commercial disputes, director and shareholder issues and regulatory matters.

His clients range from software companies to IT security providers to pharmaceutical and asset management companies.

Colin also advises on taxation disputes, including default assessments, as well as more general disputes for companies and individuals.

His property work includes both residential and commercial conveyancing and leasing, extending from private sales and purchases through to commercial and retail leases, options, ground leases and non-residential land acquisitions and sales.

His wills and estates work covers both straight-forward and complex estates, where he can offer assisting in succession planning and structuring to minimise the disruption to family businesses and trusts.

His approach to all the advice and assistance he provides is to focus on the individual needs and desired outcomes of his clients and to provide them with clear, practical and commercially reasonable advice so that they can make informed decisions as to how they may wish to proceed.
